A graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, majoring in Food Technology and Human Nutrition and Commodity Science followed by postgraduate studies in Management of EU Funds. He has one of the most prestigious and recognizable managerial qualifications, obtained with a diploma at the University of Managers in Warsaw – MBA.

After graduation, he started working in one of the largest companies in the dairy industry in Central and Eastern Europe. Then he worked as an advisor in a company managing a European brand dealing with modern animal nutrition. Since 2006, he has been associated with local government at various levels. From 2010 he was the Vice-Starost of Kolno.

In February 2016, he took the position of the Deputy President of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund and from August the President of this institution. As the head of KRUS, he initiated and participated in many social projects aimed at improving the health, living and safety conditions of the people living in rural areas. He supervised the activities of six rehabilitation centers, and also initiated work aimed at establishing a Farmers' Rehabilitation Center in north-eastern Poland. Moreover, acting as a one-man board of the Farmers' Social Insurance Fund, he, together with Poczta Polska, led to the popularization of agricultural insurance by introducing it for sale in post offices. In addition, he finalized the coverage of approximately 500,000 farmers' children with the accident insurance policy, which was positively perceived by all agricultural communities. During his work at KRUS, he constantly improved the quality of services provided by this office. .

From 2019, as a Director at Orlen Paliwa Sp. z o.o. he was responsible for commercial policy in the agricultural sector and conducting tender procedures. Together with the National Center for Agricultural Support, he finalized the project "Together we drive Polish agriculture".

In 2020 he become a Member of the Supervisory Board of Orlen Południe S.A.

He is also involved in additional social activities: Member of the Committee for Eastern Poland, Member of the Audit Committee of the Union of Provinces of the Republic of Poland and a member of the Program Council of the Local Action Group "Kraina Mlekiem Płynąca".

A graduate from the Gdynia Maritime University, Faculty of Administration in the field of Enterprise Management, also completed postgraduate studies in European Integration at the University of Gdańsk. She specializes in financial analysis and management accounting of enterprises.

After graduation, she started working at the Regional Water Management Board in Gdańsk, where she dealt with internal organization and economic analysis. During her work, she was a member of many international working teams at the Ministry of the Environment. In 2007, she completed an internship at the Permanent Representative Office of the Republic of Poland to the Council of the European Union in Brussels.

In May 2007 she was appointed by Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński to the position of the Deputy Governor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (She supervised the Departments of Citizens and Foreigners, Environment and Agriculture, Social Policy and the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center in Gdańsk. Was also responsible for the combined government administration in relation to the Pomeranian Voivodeship Provincial Plant Health and Seed Inspector, Pomeranian Provincial Environmental Protection Inspector and Pomeranian Provincial Veterinary Doctor).

From 2008, she worked as the Director of the Stefczyk Institute and was responsible for its entire functioning in the field of development and promotion of cooperatives and entrepreneurial ethics.

In 2011, she was appointed the Vice-President of Agencja Ratingu Społecznego Sp. z o.o. and from January 2013 she was the General Director of the Mutual Insurance Support Foundation.

From February 2016, she was the President of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. From 2002 to 2007 she was the Councilor of the City of Sopot. She chaired the Ethics Committee of the Sopot City Council.

Currently, the Councilor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Sejmik - Vice-chairman of the Committee for Interregional and Foreign Cooperation, member of the Budget and Finance Committee. She passionately loves sports and travels - Sea yacht helmsman, rides horses..
