For nearly two decades, oil service is an essential element of our development and position on the industrial oil market.
The current oil service tasks in industry are the result of quantitative, cost and qualitative objectives of our customers. In order to achieve them we apply different modern techniques: manufacturing, processing, diagnostic and organizational. However, this modern tools will always be operated by a man with expertise and practice, just like experts in our company.
Oil fulfils three basic functions in the lubrication system: it lubricates, protecting machine parts from wear and excessive friction; it cleans, washing the surface and removing contamination; and finally, it cools - dissipate heat and protects from corrosion. Therefore, oil should be considered as a structural part of a machine, which, due to its high sensitivity and damageability in all “life” stages, is exposed to the fastest wear and technological damage. The most important is the fact that oil is present in the circuit of all machine parts and is the simplest carrier of information about its technical condition.
Oil analysis is a tool that allows monitoring of operating and response system before damage occurs. It increases the operational safety and secures the technical value of the device. By the way, it may extend the oil change interval and reduce the time of device maintenance. The oil tests are performed to check the oil properties, as well as to find out the presence of rest product of lubricated surfaces and impurities, including moisture and external dust. Compared to the most tools used to monitor the device conditions, the oil analysis detects problems in both the fluid and the machine. In addition, it may detect defects much earlier than other techniques, such as vibroacoustic and ultrasonic.
Thanks to different service techniques, as well as monitoring the quality of used oil, we can obtain information about the technical condition of the machine and apply preventive and remedial maintenance without disassembly and shutting off the operating system. Oil service at the consumer site results in lower costs and reduces the number of standstills.
