Merger of Companies

Dear Sir or Madam,

 Please be informed that on July 3, 2023 a merger of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków and LOTOS Oil Sp. z o. o. based in Gdańsk is planned. Due to the merger ORLEN OIL Sp. z o. o. will assume all rights and obligations of LOTOS Oil Sp. z o. o.

The merged company will operate under the name ORLEN OIL Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Elbląska 135, 80-718 Gdańsk.

At the same time, we assure you that as a result of the merger, all agreements concluded by the merging Companies remain valid without the need to introduce any changes and that the merger process does not change the terms of the existing cooperation.
